Worst service ever incompetent people working at the call centre useless. Booked tickets online paid for it via there eft portal never received a sms notification from them or email notification to confirm booking but be sure that the money was deducted from my account never gave me a reference number or anything the website kicked me off. Phone the call centre first they can't help me I must go to the bus stop to their offices got there and guess what so incompetent they don't even have offices but the call centre agents dont even know that went to the bus stop it furious already and then it cost be to buy a new ticket with greyhound who I will suggest to anyone and give a 5 star rating. But Translux never again!!

No space on the bus despite buying a ticket weeks in advance. Left stranded, office had no money for a refund either.
