I love, love, love this place. The staff are the most friendliest even know me by name as I am a regular visitor to Ficksburg. Thank you for the warm reception and efforts made to make my stay a pleasure. The Banting friendly breakfast that is made specially for me is also a nice treat. Thank you and thank you once more. Booked a stay there some years ago but had a bad experience with no hot water. Place was pretty enough and clean, but after a long day of travelling really looked forward to at least some hot water. Wanted to go there again now but based on some other reviews I am afraid. Really wish this business will be successful but then it seems attention will have to be given to some small issues. I wish you all of the best.

Did not enjoy my stay that much. The only positive thing were that they had electric blankets and it was very cold. Was booked for 3 nights, but decided to leave after 1, because there were a mixup if breakfast was included, which I understood was included, but was dissapointed when I got told it wasn't the next morning.

This bb has pleasant staff and were very accommodating to our late check in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable self catering units. They do offer breakfast for and extra fee. It is.on a busy road so is a little noisy at times. The.parking was safe and thw premises secure. The rates are very reasonable.

The reception upon arrival was of a high note. Friendly personnel that really make one feel welcomed. The cleanliness is spot on. Facilities are as functional as expected. Compliance to Covid-19 regulations gave me comfort that indeed, Oregon cares beyond expectation.

We were very grateful to find this place on our way to the coast from Kruger National Park. The weather was freezing but the aircon and electric blankets kept us farm and snug. It was easy to get to and well located in town with a petrol station and some food options within a decent distance. The variety of breakfast was delicious and the host was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We also felt safe parking the car behind the closed gate. We enjoyed our visit and if we ever return to that side of the world we will definitely stay there again!

A perfect stopover for a cold evening. Very comfortable room with all the amenities. Coffee and rusks, electric blankets and heated room made it cosy and welcoming. The secure parking was a great help as we were traveling in a loaded bakkie. Alette was most welcoming and hospitable
