Icons Shop is an experience of note, they excel in their customer service, I am staying in a small town away from everything and I managed to buy a bass amp over the telephone and the item was shipped the same day after the deal was sealed. Excellent service from all staff members at the Icons Shop

I slept on some items I had to get for a weekend of gigging that I had coming up. At the very last minute I phoned Icons Shop and was assisted by Lé Roy. His service was friendly and he managed to get me my items in only 2 days! Would highly recommend them. Thanks for the good service, guys!

ICONS shop has now let me down twice with orders that cannot be fulfilled. It is my understanding that they advertise their stock as Available" on their website

Advertise products online, no availability. After driving 55km to the store, they took my cell number and promised to give feedback. No feedback. I had to phone again. Now the price on the same product has increased significantly!? Very flippened attitude by the sales person. I am not impressed!

10 stars from me!! I called in to query about the Yamaha psr 373 on special and Leroy was so helpful. He even went the extra mile to explain and compare other keyboards to me.Initially there was no stock but Keevan, the Sales Director went out of his way to source one for me and couriered it within a few hours after placing my order online.Customer service is excellent, you just have to follow the guidelines on their website . Call in before placing your order and check stock availability. They will be more than willing to help.
