Experience wasn't great. I don't know why the lady was so aggressive with combing my hair and she straightened and blow dried my hair without applying any heat protection?

I had a terrible experience with this salon. The staff is awfully rude and even when I voiced out how rough the lady was with my hair. Instead of them being apologetic, they ganged up on me and said I was only trying to not get away with a free hairstyle. Don’t waste your money people.

It took 7.5 HOURS to do my hair when anywhere else it takes between 1 and 2.5 hours. End result was not what I asked for at all! I specifically said what I wanted, I expressed what I did not like but it was disregarded. For the amount of time I sat there I'd expect to at least be happy, now I've wasted all this money and my hair still looks awful. NEVER AGAIN!
