Well well. What a great experience. Took my mtb in for service and got professional service from the welcome desc to Joe at the service center. Will definitely see you guys again.

Friendly and helpfull service. Dealt with them remotely. They helped with the arranging of the packaging and shipping of a bike that I bought in Nellspruit. Timeous and friendly e mail response with all my queries even though it was not a large order for their shop.

Thank You Guys, its been 5 years now and i will keep going back to your excellent professional services and Good repair costs.

Went there for a simple accessory. Want to support local. The 1 sales lady didn't know what I was talking about and the other came straight up and kind of kept me in 1 spot of the shop. I explained and showed pictures of what I was wanting and she had every recommendation for me to use another shop and they can all just post net it or pep it to me.I have money and I have enough. I would just rather support a shop then an online shop. I really don't mind waiting. Been in this industry long enough and I know what goes on and what happens. But clearly I didn't look the part for their shop in my work uniform Or what ever it was. I can tell you though if Mr Gawie had helped me I would be returning to Bell's on a weekly basis. Unfortunately he was busy with another client and I understand and respect that. Ps. This was nearly 3 weeks agoand it took alot for me to do this.highly upset

Took the bike in for a BB creak. They charged R700 for a new bearing and labour. Although horrific, it was an emergency (riding Panorama) so I coughed up. Creak remains, just as bad. Very disappointing, Bells.

They were very friendly and helpful. I placed a small order with them, but they treat it as important and answered all my questions even though I dealt with them via e mail in the Western Cape.
