Arrow Academy

Our experience at Arrow has been exceptional. The teachers are truly invested in my children’s education and their growth as learners. Adjustments are made as needed to meet the needs of the child. Small class sizes and leveled learning have enabled my child to gain confidence in their learning abilities.

Arrow Academy is a lovely school. The teachers, admin and other school staff are kind and caring towards the learners. Learners are involved in wonderful, fun and stimulating learning and extra-curricular activities. Kids are provided with wholesome school meals and snacks.

Excellent school! The staff and teachers go the extra mile to ensure my child is having a great experience at school. They are working hard to catch up with academics after Covid to make sure my child has a steady foundation.

Absolutely loving this school. They have created a happy safe environment for my child to learn and grow. The smaller classes made it easier for child to adapt from being at home to integrating into a classroom setting without being overwhelmed and the best service offered by this school that I haven't seen at any other school is that meals are provided for the kids. This makes my mornings stress free because I know that my kid will have breakfast, lunch and a snack without me having to worry about what to make. They serve good wholesome meals and healthy snacks . The menu for the week is posted on Monday and all dietary requirements have been taken into consideration example if your child has to abstain from meat on a certain day they provide vegetarian options everyday. I'm very happy that I chose Arrow Academy to start my child's schooling career. Not only do they provide fun ways for her to learn and stay interested but they also provide a convience for me. I recommend Arrow Academy to any parent that wants to send their child to a good primary school.

As a parent at Arrow Academy there's nothing that gives more comfort than knowing that my child is holistically taken care of, from the convenience of being able to drop my child off early and pickup once my work day is over. Not to mention not having to pack lunch. Arrow has really given me peace of mind.

Absolutely amazing school. The staff are more than amazing and the school really and truly provides whole child development. A bonus is that I do not have to stress about lunch boxes given that all grades receive nutritious meals (breakfast, mid-morning, lunch and afternoon) throughout the day.

I did my teaching experience at Arrow. The teachers and staff were really welcoming and friendly. The learners are well mannered and well behaved.

One of the best decisions I've made was taking my son to this school, he has flourished in so many ways. Its a great environment that supports both the kids and the parents. The tuition is reasonable considering you receive all meals, after-care, books and stationery, not to mention the great education as well. I highly recommend this school especially to single parents , their support is incredible. <3

Applied for a new admission for Grade 5. Within the 1st week I was being updated and needed to supply more supporting documents which I did. Time went by and I was the one who was constantly making the effort of calling the school and finding out how far the application is. At one point I was told Nomonde was not available and she’s the one who knew about my application. Upon asking who takes over Nomonde when she’s not available , I was told no one. I have emailed the school regarding my concerns and would not receive a response unless I call again and I ask if they received my previous email. Only last month after schools have closed was I contacted by the principal- Kavashnee letting me know they would like to assess my son. I asked her why wasn’t this mentioned whilst schools were open so I can get my son there and should they accept him , I can buy all necessities required by the school during the holidays. My son had already left for Durban for his school holidays and wasn’t available until one week before schools open . The principle mentioned that she only received the application on the day she called me which means she only got the application 2 months later. I have been worried, anxious and overwhelmed with the relocating that I need my son to do and on top of that I’m spending holidays not even knowing which school my son will go to . One of the parents I know mentioned to me that throughout my application there was a system crash and there’s a possibility my sons info was within the data that was being recovered and it of course took time. If that was the case , why wasn’t I informed? I’m not a genius with technology but I know systems do crash but then let me know at least. The principal said to let her know when we can arrange for the assessment. I emailed the Principal on Friday morning this week but still haven’t received a response. I have heard and witnessed great reviews regarding Arrow Academy but I cannot be going through all of this before my child even starts the school hence I will seek another school and would like you to return my application fee paid to you

I have 3 kids who all attend at Arrow Academy and truth be told I have never found such a solace in any school. My children's needs are catered for and they all receive love, care an attention from all their teachers. Just recently I was admitted in hospital and the amazing staff of Arrow Academy made sure that my kids got home safely in all the days I couldn't fetch them. The school goes all out to ensure great welfare of their learners. The same time I was hospitalized my daughter was partaking in the spelling bee competition and guess what?? I got the videos and photos of her performance. I can't think of a better school than Arrow Academy. I appreciate all its staff. May the good Lord keep taking it to greaterheights.
