***This review was NOT solicited in anyway!!*** I'd HIGHLY recommend Bedsrus and Michael Serra as your go to choice for amazing customer ethic, very fast service, quality products and the most affordable in the market. I approached multiple companies (some of the big names out there) and received the worst service on simple enquiries from those companies (and if that's their before sales attitude I'd hate to imagine the aftersales service). But Michael from Bedsrus was the complete opposite! He was so patient and helpful and even encouraged I contact him again if I needed further assistance. When I placed my order he really gave me value for money and even over delivered as the turnaround time was SUPER quick. His service delivery was beyond my expectations! He personally delivered my bedset as well and I really needed the bed for my 35 week pregnant sister that was sleeping on my couch. Furthermore as there was potentially rainy weather (and even though the mattress and base was covered in thick plastic) Michael covered it with a protective covering to make extra sure the bed didn't get damaged in any way IN CASE it rained. It's that small attention to details that would make me go back for any future bed related purchases! THANK YOU MICHAEL FOR RUNNING AN AWESOME COMPANY AND DONT EVER CHANGE YOUR PHILOSOPHY!

I can highly recommend Beds R Us. The service I received from Michael was top notch. I needed a bed within week as I had family visiting on short notice. Michael went out of his way to ensure the factory could make it up and personally delivered it to me before the weekend. The bed is excellent quality, looks very stylish and it was so affordable. Their beds look great on my pc but really impossible to purchase a bed without viewing. Also one would think that since they manufacture the beds, there would be some basic customisation options.

I am so impressed with the excellent service I received from Michael, the owner of Beds R Us in Cape Town. I typed in a request for a specific delivery date in the comment section when I ordered my bed online and Michael phoned me the next morning to confirm this delivery date with me. He phoned me again the day before the delivery to check if the delivery date was still fine with me and on the morning of the delivery, he phoned me to let me know that he was on his way. Besides this excellent service from Michael, I am also SO impressed with the bed I purchased from him. I highly recommend Beds R Us from Cape Town.
