Thank you Gina for all your input and for assisting me with loosing 13kg. I have been battling with my joints and weight gain going into menopause. Without your understanding and advise I would not have been able to loose and most of all maintain this weight loss.

I really enjoyed working with Gina, she made me feel safe and was a really kind partner on my weight loss journey. Gina is empathetic and judgement free; as well as being really knowledgeable and enthusiastic about nutrition. She is very pro education and self management, she taught me not only the fundamentals of how to feed myself properly but had heaps of tips and encouragement that have led me to a place of not only being at my optimal weight, but also allowed me to maintain it myself. I cannot recommend her enough.
