Excellent, fast service. Did a great job repairing and altering 7 items of mine and it was all ready within 24 hours. Very fair prices too. Highly recommend.

I have had two good experiences here, an alteration and a garment made from scratch. The guys are friendly, respond quickly to queries, and work quickly and neatly. I would recommend them.

Great service and work quality. Had the waist taken in on a pair of jeans. Can't even see where the alterations were made and jeans now fit perfectly.

They charge CRAZY expensive.

The irony of their payoff line being “Bespoke Tailoring” is just laughable…I took a light grey sports bra in to get the straps adjusted. I asked him to cut them shorter and overlock them exactly as the garment had originally been done and pointed out how it was done and with a grey thread. He said he would and could do so. I came back to find it not done as requested and with a BLACK thread and just folded over and then stitched. If I had wanted such a slipshod job I could have done it myself at home – and still done a better job. The overlocking wasn’t even straight!!To add insult to injury this damage to a new garment (2cm worth of stitching) cost R80 and on top of that when I told him this is not what I asked for and he had now destroyed it, he proceeded to argue with me. My new garment now looks like a dog’s breakfast.So here’s my official response to your disgusting service, both in skill and attitude Mr “Bespoke” Tailor. Just a heads up – the reason people seek a tailor’s service out in the first place is because they are looking for a PROFESSIONAL service of equal standard to the garment they brought in for adjustment. Yours was way below what I could do at home with a needle and cotton. Your lack of pride is evident in your work and your attitude.
