Worst municipality known to man kind. With ZERO customer service and no regards to the people and the damages they cost. I would love to enter them into the Geniuses book of world records for the worst municipality in the world and I bet the would win first prize to. No reply from them no communication, no care to their community and we as the people always have to lick their @ss for them to do their jobs we pay them to do. #RLM must fall!

Had to go three times to resolve issues that they couldn't do first time blaming it that there email was down yet still received email in the same period there work is bad has no regards to make life easier on the tax payer that pays there salaries

The service is despicable! I am sure I speak on behalf of the whole of Rustenburg.All the contact numbers are out of order or nobody answers. We have to pay our bills but due to our wonderful government departments ,customers dont get service. Mpho Khunou,shame on you. Get you company in order.

You need to spend some time and money training your staff. no one knows how to do there job or how to assist customers ESPECIALLY now with all the account issues going on. and drinking tea and eating breakfast while a customer is standing in-front of you asking for assistance and then telling them to wait till you finish is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I was there again on 28 August standing in line when a woman approached the line and said something in a African Language that made most of the people run to another office, when we asked her to repeat it in English she refused.

It's a pity I cannot give 0 star rating. After 20 minutes on the phone being bounced back and forth from Customer Care" to a non existent accounts department I gave up... One shouldn't be so desperate to TRY and pay your municipal bill"
