Contacted the owner 2 weeks before moving into a new house. sent 6 messages but never got response.When eventually getting hold of him. Promised to come measure up. Never.arrived.Disgusting service. Will not recommend.

Is there a zero star? Most pathetic service from Ben. We had an appointment and he never pitched. Make 2 other appointments and the same happened. Customer service does not exist.

Fast and efficient service. I recently had my car windows tinted and I am very happy with the outcome. Pleased with the privacy the window tint offers and enjoying a much cooler car this summer. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you Sunpro!

I don't generally post reviews unless its a good one, giving people the change to rectify any issues. Unfortunately in this instance I feel different. Ironically this was after a family member sang Sunpro's praises. Not sure what it is with companies who don't bother to pitch or come back to you when you want quotations. Do companies have too much business and think customers should count themselves lucky if contractors actually show up for an appointment? After more than one phone call and two scheduled meetings for quotes, I got stood up twice across two weeks, waiting the whole day (for the owner of the business the way) to pitch. Have I received a phone call to explain why no one showed up, I would have been forgiving - I am a reasonable person. But nope, not even a phone call. Hence, can I recommend them? Nope - would I want to pay a deposit and hope and pray they show up and do a decent job? I will let you consider that for yourself.

Basically paid for the tinting, was a rushed job, they messed up drivers and passenger door tint , was told to come back they would fix it but every time there's a excuse as to them not been available

People there are always friendly especially the owners carina and Ben. Love you guys

Ben the owner give super service for a very good price. His work is of an excelent standard. If you need window tinting he is by test the best.
