Your staff lack customer service. The lady who was helping me doesn't communicate, if I didn't ask her about my OK card if is captured, I was not going to be aware. Kindly tell Emily Baatjie to communicate and sheUst smile to the customers. I love Ok she must not make me to change my mind and go and shop somewhere else.

Thuggish security, especially the tall dark guy, some elements of staff. They hounded me like a pack of wild dogs, accusing me of attempting" to steal onion. They were just rude extremely rude. I will never ever put my foot on that rubbish place again."

Im impressed by this store, it is fully equipped with fruits, veges, meat and groceries, friendly cashiers. I enjoy shopping here, will soon enroll for their rewards card because i always find myself doing my groceries here. Prices are reasonable too.

I love Ok foods. It's supper clean and very friendly staff. They have a large variety of meats n also excellent spice range. Lovely fresh produce. The bakery it's absolutely amazing. They have a large range of wines. I absolutely would recommend this shop for all your shopping needs.

Its a very convenient store, closes late,sell fresh food, has friendly staff. My only problem is that the is always water on the floor n it seem like the dnt care!

They have a great selection of meat at good prices. They have a great selection of fresh vegetebles and fruit, as well as frozen foods. I've been happy and impressed every time that I've visited the store. Definitely worth a visit!
