Booth Suite Hotel
Located in a secluded area. Very quiet. The apartments/suites are amazing. Great for long stays, but also work for short stays. You can tell effort was put into this place.

The place look amazing however I was not happy with the bed. They put two single beds next to each other. They were not level and it was very uncomfortable. Two single bed bases with a double bed mattress would have been better.

The receptionist was very rude. We didn't know where to park or what to do upon our arrival because the reception is right next to the gate as you enter. So we stopped with the car by the reception building's door. As we were waiting, thinking she would come to us to let us know what to do, she sat in the building we opened our window and we were met with attitude one should never have as a service provider. Please train your staff on how to talk to clients. The only reason we stayed was because our parents had booked the place, otherwise we would've left.

The Booth Hotel was a wonderful experience, top class.I would like them to have current wall plugs (having 2 Or 3 USB ports found in Builders Warehouse or Build It)that match the standard of the hotel, we struggled to charge cellphones.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here.These beautiful apartments are so family friendly with all you need to make your stay home.The hotel has ample parking!The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They are just beautiful people who genuinely care for all. I love it!

Housekeeping extremely rude! Indian or colored lady has no manners whatsoever, knocks continuously. Hardly peaceful. Had no electricity upon arrival and we were told that their generator is not connected. Had to stay in the dark for 3hours after arrival. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to!!!

Had doubts about the place until I spent the weekend there. What's shown on pictures is exactly what's there. I enjoyed our stay there. Very clean & tidy. Keep it up!

Booth was once great, I think COVID-19 had a huge impact on the standard of service.The towels are outdated, it was not as clean as I know it to be. The price has increased significantly with no breakfast, it is now expensive to lodge here.

Such calm.clean secure establishment no doubt this deserves a 5 star.just wish most hotels and bnb s can provide safe parking for our cars against hash weather.so one can sleep without worry when there are rains and storms.just a car port

A really luxurious place for the money. Self catering, so expect no service.Situated in the industrial area, but the is a shopping centre nearby. Safe as safe can be in SA, so I will be back if I ever come to Mahikeng again.
