Watch Out !!!If the Automotive service enterprise your about to employ for any work on your vehicle has or holds liability insurance with this company, you can forget about any coverage, should the automotive service centre cause and damage to your vehicle, Phoenix risks main prerogative is not to sort out the issue but to, frustrate the plaintive and the process. My experience started with an automotive repair shop who had from the outside displayed Wheel alignment as a core function only to find that when things went wrong they claim to be different enterprises under on roof with absolutely no differentiation, or indication apparent or applicable to the point that the outside advertised company RMH has all there branding in the supposed business area, of the alignment enterprise MRJ as indicated only once issues started arising.RMH, MRJ what ever they would like to call themselves irrespective of what is displayed outside and blatantly in the alignment bay. Had first taken 2 hours to try get their equipment to work first issue I should have left when this began happening, then while trying to adjust my suspension of my Land Rover Range Rover L320 Sport omitted to have the vehicle in it’s required tight tolerance mode, and during the alignment had me raise the vehicle to off road mode very likely and confirmed by Land Rover Bending the alignment adjusters, this in black and white on the Land Rover report.Bare in mind that my vehicle had entered for alignment only because I had changed my tyre profile.Phoenix Risk I’m their words negates any indication of damage as per Land Rover report stating and I quote “Land Rover Cape Town does not know suspension the just replace parts and don’t really know what they are doing” quoted from Larry their assessor.Prior to any with Phoenix Risk with this company or their assessor, they had submitted an assessment to their insurance enterprise stating that my vehicle had side impact still not having seen my vehicle at all of any assessment of any sort this was their conclusion and apparently a mitigating factor.Once I have employed an attorney, who is and will be dealing with the case in the new year due to this years court roll being finalised, and made Phoenix Risk aware of this they decided it would be a good idea to meet with me and actually conduct and assessment of which either assessors knew very little about the vehicle or the area of concern, again despite the Land Rover Report and in their way of frustrating the matter push me to take my car to a suspension specialist at my cost yet again forking out more money after Land Rover had already assessed and made it quite clear as to the issue.Additional supporting information:The vehicle had gone for road worthy 2 weeks prior to being seen for alignment post the tyre profile change where it had passed with absolutely no issues.2 months prior to it having being seen but this enterprise it had its lower control arms replaced, with no issues post, and no wheel scrapping at all their after passed the above road worthy indicated above.Issues at present-Bent alignment adjusters-Possibly bent suspension due to the raising of the vehicle during the alignment at RMH, MRJ.-Front Passenger Side Wall damage due to the alignment adjuster being bent and the raising of the vehicle during alignment.Again a word of warning do not engage in any business if the automotive enterprise is covered by Phoenix Risk you are running into a wall and they will frustrate the situation to no end negating any accredited independent reporting and assessment.
