The customer service is great! The lady that helped me was brilliant, she put me at ease while I was both in a rush and irritable. Additionally my photies were ready in 30inutes and stunning!

Very happy with the service here. We came here to convert some old family videos, they came back quickly and we had the originals returned safely.We would like to convert some old film however it's a bit pricey since there isn't an option to view and select pictures before converting them. This would have been very helpful and we would have invested a lot had there been this option.

Can I give less than 1 star? Back 4 times for my order each time finding huge mistakes. During this time I have seen 12 people storm out of this store because they are unhappy. I will never return.

I was in this store today for ID photos for my son. I found a guy behind a computer with a bad attitude. This was my second time going there, the first time I found a nice white lady who was very friendly with me and my boy. I think she told me her boy was 6 or 7 years old at that time. The guy I found there today needs some training on how to talk to people, even over the phone, he is not friendly. If you are tired at work, please resign or ask for a break, but do not be rude to clients.

Very helpful even though we only wanted one photo printed. Told us to it will take 20 minutes and when we got there it was ready for us. Was a breeze dealing with this company. Will definately go back.

Pathetic printing shop. I went to print posters and told that they only print on photo paper not normal paper. This is despite having printed posters on normal paper a few weeks ago there. Staff was rude when I told him this. Never going back.

Went to have a t-shirt printed and dealt with the guy who not only didn't want to help me in the first place but then proceeded to do the worst printing job I have ever seen. He shrugged his shoulders and blamed me for the poor quality of the image. As I was waiting for the t shirt he could have at least told me this so I could try and rectify the quality before wasting the printing money as well as the t-shirt that I then had to throw away. I just want to warn people to not have t-shirts printed at this branch but to rather use the Sandton City branch who, with exactly the same image does a very professional and efficient job.

What a fantastic team of 3 guys, headed up by the caring, compassionate heart centred leader Evans.A great leader who is firm, fair and got his eye on his team, customers and even the pickpocketers who almost stole my cell phone.I'm now a loyal fan of this branch purely due to the professionalism and great service in branch.
