They never open on time everyday

If I could give you 0 stars, I would...I've been calling several times and no answer at all!!!

The worst service ever at this post office.card machine is always offline they never open on time but closes 15minutes before the actual closing time!.I hate that my parcels goes to this post office .prefer Goodwood Post Office

Lots of parking with helpful staff

Arrived here on Tuesday 13 October 2020 at 16h45 to collect a parcel. On your website the closing time is 17h00, but the door was locked and the shutters drawn down.Came back to collect my parcel on Wednesday 14 October. 17 People seated inside waiting to be served with ONE teller available and one customer at the only teller.30 Min later she SAME customer was still standing at the only teller.At 16h35.that customer left.At 16h35 the teller called for anyone who wants to collect a parcel to come to the counter. At that point she served me. I left 5 min later leaving 15 customers still waiting to be served. The door was closed to the public at 16h42.I am wondering how it is even possible that only one teller is on duty.This poor service is totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

They NEVER answer telephone calls. What's the point of having a telephone then??

Absolutely useless. Seems to be normal for the Post Office. Phones don't get answered, queues are long and sloooow. Tellers really don't like their jobs and it's quite obvious.
