The store I quiet crowed but the assistant seems to know where everything is ....very friendly very attentive to the customer ...lots of various products and prices are incredible...one should visit this place if u want to up your bling game

The most horrible and rude staff and owner in this store.They sells items that are defected and do not tell the customer.The owner and staff should attend classes for customer and business relations and learn how to be decent and respectful to clients.Its a store I certainly will never recommend to anyone.Ganyone.Getting a refund is a horrondous process where by the staff need to phone the owner who then speaks to the client trying to convince him/her to take something else and blames the staff for selling broken items.Then you have to wait for an hour while the owner does the eft.Then the owner calls the client back stating that the eft is finally done...no apology for keeping me waiting and then accuses me of telling other clients in her shop that she sells defected goods.The owner needs to understand that word of mouth is extremely powerful and could make or break a business.

Shamima and her amazing team are just exceptional. She has always gone the extra mile in ensuring customer satisfaction. Her attention to detail in the execution of all her customer satisfaction is one of her most admirable qualities. Not only does she ensure that she has the latest products in store but on her frequent trips abroad she goes the extra mile in finding that extra special piece of jewellery that one needs.
