I had to be operated on at the Urology Hospital and the Lisa's Cottages had a private entrance to the hospital grounds that my Daughter was able to use day and night very safely for a whole month. Food was very good and the owners are very pleasant, helpful persons. O have to go back for a check up and will be staying there again. Prices very good

We have stayed there a few times....very convenient if you have sombody in the Urology hoslital.Rooms crisp clean and smart.

They are very friendly and helpful. They are also animal friendly. It is the first time that I saw regular clients crying on leaving They are real close to most Hospitals and businesses with the best prizes for real value. I can with real honestly recommend them for any stay in Pretoria area. The rooms are clean and comfortable with nice relaxing areas

I had an amazing stay here. The staff were pleasantly friendly, warm & welcoming. I love the location, it's secluded, quiet & relaxing. This has definitely become my new favourite accommodation of choice in Pretoria 10/10

Neat little cottage. Rooms are clean and well serviced. Owner operated which gives it an intimate atmosphere. Surprisingly quiet for the area. Direct access to Urology Hospital through private entrance. Well priced. Lovely old English garden to be enjoyed

Brilliant. Safe, awesome food, secure, attentive staff and the Guys are Brilliant. A real home away from home where you feel at home, spoilt and relaxing in the beautiful gardens. Extremely peaceful and affordable and the best accomodation if your Family is going into the Urology Hospital as it has interleading safe entrance 1minute walking

We are staying over at least twice a year. This guest house is your home away from home - neat and clean and well furnished rooms – these standards are kept up constantly. Adam and Lwellyn are friendly, helpful and hospitable and go out of their way to make your stay an overall satsisfactory experience.

Well positioned for those wanting to be close to the Urology Hospital like myself becausemy husband is admitted there. BUT I was negatively profiled, quite unfairly, from the time when I was still booking last Thursday. I found the person who was communicating with me on WhatsApp to be rude and even called me a booking fraud. Simply because I had paid for 1 day extra- after asking them twice to add 2nd day - and when I sent POP they claimed there was no space for me for day 2. When I asked for a refund for the 2nd night, which I was prepared to wait for even if it took long, I was accused of being a fraudulent booker. A FRAUDULENT BOOKER!!! I've booked in countless places, including for big family holidays, and I've never been treated like that before. In fact, anyone whose place I've used before would be glad to have me back. I expected that once they realized they were wrong and seeing me check in I'd receive some kind of an apology. But I checked out this morning without anyone caring to at least withdraw the unnecessary insults they threw at me. For that, I will never ever encourage anyone to use this guesthouse. It was disgusting behaviour to say the least.ADD: I see you've responded and being economical with the truth. In out conversation I asked first just after 11 if you can add a 2nd night and you did not respond even when you were responding to other questions. I asked again just after 12 - when chasing your 12:30 deadline to pay - and again you didn't respond. My only mistake was to pay for 2 nights before you responded because I was chasing your very tight deadline to pay for the room or lose it. I apologized for that and proposed I reverse payment for 1 night. As for using a friend's card, I informed you in advance and you had no problem with it. And I sent you a screen grab. I stayed at your place from Thursday to Sunday, if you had issues with the payment you should have raised it. In addition, you were not obliged to accommodate me, you could've simply said the room is no longer available and I'd have canceled the payment. So I cannot be the loss of income" reason."
