What's the point of having a Whatsapp Business Account, but messages are hardly answered? When they do get answered it's (if you are lucky) the next day!

When I went there to sell a monitor one of the workers made fun of me and my sister for having to sell our items to survive,When the worker helping us offered R900 the rude worker started bantering with the worker helping us He said something along the lines of 900 really?

Such bad customer service. Bought a fridge from them which packed up after 5 days. We returned it, they regassed it, we collected it....and it packed up after 2 days. Technician came out to change sensor due to icing up, broken the next day. Technician came out a couple of days later, and it still failed to cool. Eventually returned the fridge to the shop and requested a refund. What a rude manager Zakele. In the period of 2 weeks, we tried contacting him and he never returned any messages or calls regarding this issue. Slouching on the counter in a very arrogant manner, simply unacceptable. Needless to say, we will not be supporting that store again.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Bad customer service by the owner himself called zhakile and he assassinated my character. 0/10 would never recommend

I purchased a set of headphones for my laptop at the Elardus Park branch on 6 Feb 2023. The box clearly mentioned, Comfortable around-ear fit that you can wear all day." I quickly discovered that this was not the case. The ear pads (cushions) covering the speakers were way too small to fit over my ears and I found them to be rather uncomfortable (and painful) after wearing them for more than 5 minutes. I kept the slip and the original packaging. Today

Rudest encounter I've ever had, I have never recieved such disgraceful customer service in my life, can't even test the product before telling you no I won't take this and just walking away.Disgusting..Not my first time dealing with the rude employee's here.

My Camera was stolen when they broke into my house. I then started looking for a new camera on Facebook market place. I saw a picture of the same lens and camera that was stolen from my house on market place. The seller on market place works at Cash Crusaders Elardus Park. I then went to the sore with my camera box  to compare the reference number, and YES it was my stolen camera! They then inform me that they had already sold my camera to someone else. The camera with a lens was sold for a fraction of  the price that it is actually worth.This cash crusaders have been no help to retrieve the camera back and refund the person who bought it from them. They just ignore the police request to get the camera back. If you have bought from them it it probably stolenNo accountability for the fact that they buy stolen property.

Very rude manager sitting on top of the table of one of the buyers flirting and making inappropriate jokes to customers, this place is a circus! Worst experience of my life.

Horrible service .Misleading adverts ... after calling and confirming availability of phone advertised and ghe price i took time off work and when I arrived the price was changed from r4200 to 4500.and i decided to just buy bcos of time and now having traveled all the way. now the phone has a 6months warranty and next day I told them battery lasts like 2hours and they said warranty doesnt cover battery ... bunch of scammers dont buy from them.
