All the staff scream across the store to each other. There are no benches or anything in their changerooms to put your bags and clothes on, all that is supplied is 2 hooks, and there is no place to put your clothes you want to try on outside the changeroom, since you can only take 4 items in at a time. Very unorganised and unhelpful staff and store.

I'm big on customer service and when I went there to exchange my shoes, the lady by the name of Lerato gave me a really good service. It was a bit of a process because I bought the shoe online, but she explained to me the process the whole time. She explained that it might take a bit of time for the system to accept this. It didn't make me feel like my time was just being wasted. I liked being informed like that.

I went for my son's shopping yesterday after work..The lady who assisted us at the self service check out has the best customer service I have ever experienced in my whole entire shopping experience I feel so bad I didn't get her name. We spent so much time at the store because some items didn't have prices on top of that the system was offline and it was after 6pm already around that time you know how store staff gets irritated but not with her. she didn't get tired her interaction said I want to help. I feel like I met the future regional manager for Mrp.

They are quick to take any forms of payment but will only refund in any manner they feel like on the day. I have been refunded cash by them before. No where does it state on their terms that if you return goods payment has to be done to the original card used for the purchase. This is a clear contradiction to the terms on the back of the till slips. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I’m standing the queue to pay on a public holiday and have been waiting for 30 mins already. There are only 2 cashiers out of 14 tills. The self service checkouts are not working. The manager Sandra tells me that the other till operators are gone home already. This is absolutely pathetic service.

Really nice big store with loads of variety. The queue busting checkout works really well, and saves a lot of time for a standard sale.The returns process is very frustrating, waited ages to finalise the transaction, this process must be refined asap.Cashier staff need to be better trained and be more friendly and helpful to customers.

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. I was not allowed to fit a simple jacket but yet my partner may try on what ever she feels without complaint but the minute i want to try something on i am not allowed to as they in their own words have had a lot of theft lately from males specifically. This is madness. Yet i am allowed to try shoes on because it is supposedly impossible to steal shoes from a shop. LMAO

Wow this is one of the worst experiences, the staff can't be bothered and the slower they can work the better, very absent minded. The 'supervisor' took so long to authorize the transaction, needed to call her over 4 times, she looked like she was deliberately ignoring us. On top of that prices were scanning incorrectly with discounts not deducting. Terrible service
