Terrible service received at Postnet Northgate, waited over 30 minutes to print 1 piece of paper and staff didn’t bother to check in with customers, what they needed and streamline the service. The queue kept building out the door and staff were casually going at their own pace

Wonderful service from Matt. He came out from. Behind the counter to greet customers and ask what their needs were. He properly wrapped art work I was sending to clients in Dubai. Absolutely wonderful customer service!

Service here is very friendly. It might not be the quickest at certain times but it’s definitely friendly. Conveniently located on the outside of the mall and easy to locate.

Unreliable brunchAsked for my package to be double wrapped in bubble wrap before shipping. Upon collecting the parcel it was not double wrapped and the package was badly damaged and completely unusable.Owner of the store avoided my calls after the incident when I enquired about a reimbursement.I would advise that you go to an alternative postnet. There is one in the area.

I get friendly service there. They tell me they give me the pensioner's discount, but they are still more expensive than 3@1 in Northland's Corner.

EDIT: I have adjusted my rating as I noticed that the PostNet that my package was delivered to have had many issues similar to what I have experienced as mentioned below. Apologies to Clarke and everyone at PostNet. It seems that I have wrongfully accused you.Only giving a star because my package arrived. Posted something to myself.They packed all my stuff in a bigger box to charge me more. When the package arrived, it was repacked into an already used smaller box. Someone clearly rummaged through my stuff as the items were not as I had packed it -- not at all. Rather go to a company with more integrity.
