On a Saturday the have one teller open when there is 10 people waiting since 12 and they close at 2pm. Very useless, don't use travelex in Tygervalley.

Make sure beforehand you have what you need, see their website or enquire telephonically. It was an absolute pleasure making use of their services. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Worst racist customer experience ever!On the 11th March 2019, I accompanied my daughter who's home on a short visit from Dubai to Travelex, Tyger valley center to receive some funds transferred via western union from her employer in Dubai. I explained the situation to the teller, Carol Nel. We were instructed to complete a form and my daughter duly complied and gave way for the next customer, a white" lady who received excellent advice from Carol

What a nightmare. Why does Travelex conduct business if they cannot and do not conduct business with their customers? They require this document, that document, proof that the person you received money from exists, proof of birth, proof of residency and proof that the cash money comes from legit sources. In the end, they say that they cannot help you. Horrible !

Friendly staff but did not have travelex cards. Had to go to Canal walk. They also did not inform me of the required documentation.

Honestly the worst service ever. The staff are so unhelpful and couldn’t be bothered. It’s almost as if they are trying not to get your business. Don’t waste your time here.

I've been told I'll be help within a few minutes and after waiting for 20 minutes I realized that the person that was meant to help me started cashing up 1h30 minutes before closing time. Tremendously slow service and extremely unhelpful. Won't advice anyone to come here.
