Campus will be relocating to new site. Current building is not appealing outside. I am not so happy with customer service but quality of education is exceptional

I really enjoy studying here. The classes are great! However, it's a constant struggle with the finance department. I've been locked out of my classes three times last week and they just can't seem to provide a permanent fix for this. I had to email my assignment to my lecturer, as I could not turn it in otherwise. This has put a great damper on my study experience here.
