Thumbs down to Bernina in Worcester for poor customer service. I took my machines in for a service on the 13 January and was told they had a back log and it would take about 3 weeks. No problem. I got them back today.... Nearly 2 months later. What I really have a problem with is their complete lack of courtesy in communicating with the customer - to alert them of unavoidable delays or even an apology perhaps? Zero. Nil. This is very disappointing indeed.
