Bad customer service

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kerry Mynhardt since July 2021 when I was urgently looking for a tenant. I placed a brief advert on Facebook Group, Kerry promptly made contact & within 3 days I had a signed lease in my hands, which 3 other agents failed to do in 2 months. Kerry's eagerness & dedication in finding and placing tenants is commendable.Sadly after 7 months my tenant was retrenched and gave me 1 months notice, but with only a loss of a month Kerry had placed another tenant, again no action whatsoever from the other agents. Kerry kept in constant contact with updates & visits & feedback. A true diamond in the ruff. Many thanks Keith

I've rented from this company for 5 years, I work a high risk job and my wife works from home. Today 2guys in no uniform no paperwork or appointment pitch at my house to do maintenance, they have painted the whole bathroom and main bedroom the whole house reeks of anti mould paint and worse my wife cant work as the furniture had to be moved. They are utterly non professional and use unprofessional contractors shame on you Remax.

Despite various email correspondences with this estate agency they are still sending me unsolicited advertisements.
