They messed up my starter not a place to trust. Worse refused to take responsibility, above that failed to balance my car right, it's now pulling to the side. NEVER TO TRUST. I'll return my car to redo, but this time I'll guard it with my life.

Wasted my time.Went in on Saturday to get my tire replaced. Was assisted by someone by the name of Charl who took pictures and advised that the system was down and could not check immediately and would get back to me on Monday.Called on Thursday and said he Forgot" to follow up and that they will be closed over the long weekend ... which is why I needed my tire changed!Absolutely useless"

Had a fantastic experience at The Menlyn branch recently - and while I cant fault the Fourways branch, it is just a notch lower than what I experienced at Menlyn. The waiting area is comfortable (but offers instant coffee - the Menlyn branch has the BEST cuppacino!), and the service good. I only stopped in to have a puncture repaired - and I got what needed doing at a fair price.

HiQ Fourways must have the worst customer service I have experienced. The guys at reception are unhelpful and I waited on stock for tyres for over 2 months before ordering my own tyres on Tyre Mall as I had been driving on the spare. They made no recommendations on alternatives and couldn’t care less about customers that once supported them. Won’t be back.

Guys Be careful of HiQ fourways , Pine slopes the don't install new parts on cars , i took my car there to change break pads and break shoes in May, i hardly drive my car within 3 months they were worn out , when i took the car to mechanic he told me that the break shoes look used. i went to them and the guy denied even though i showed them the pictures , just because i am a women they took advantage of me
