This is the worst company to ever deal with, 4 month waiting for my settlement letter. when I call either the system is down or they promise to send and they never do. Please if ever they offer you a settlement amount please don't take its a scam the account will never be settled because they won't send you a settlement letter purposely....

Am not happy with vvm I've been waiting for my paid up letter since February,they are too quick to harass client when they want their money but cant provide a simple paid up letter.. very disappointed

I sent them proof that my Telkom account no longer exists, and hasn't existed since 2020. My account has been paid in full, in fact I was never even in arrears with Telkom. Despite my sending them proof (from Telkom) that the account doesn't exist, they continue to harass me with their calls. Lousy company. Completely unprofessional.

I am in disbelief by the call i got on 04/06/2023 at 12:08 the agent didn't give me a chance to speak and was talking at me. I would like a recording of the call so i can hear at which point i was rude to have earned myself such disrespect and request that you kindly listen to it as well so to hear if that is how agents should speak to us and advise how i should next time handle such calls

Pathetic company, you have to call them.Why can’t they call me, sending me SMS telling me that I owe money on my Vodacom when it is actually on pre-paid?Don’t expect me to talk to your incompetent staff, I will just sue the company.

A year after paying off my account, I still waited for my paid-up letter after multiple emails and calls begging for help. I eventually received it this month. After submitting it to the credit bureau to clear my ITC report, they decline the paid-up letter. I Contacted VVM/Infinity to clear up the matter multiple times, and I just kept getting passed around from call centre to call centre.What is transpiring within this institution"? Struggling for a year to get a simple paid-up letter that's invalid in the eyes of the credit bureau.What can I even do now? Besides contacting them on the seven different email addresses they have provided me with

This company calls me multiple times a day even though i have never taken a loan out from them, i have explained this over the phone but they will not stop calling me. I can’t even block the number because it’s different numbers every time.

In the last 3 weeks I have consultant with you customer care people and have made arrangements for my Mr Price account and they keep on calling me and I have had enough. If your customer care can't do there work and put things on the system then I can Tell you they should not be employed to do there work. Your customer care line people are rude. They don't know the consumer act. May your company should explain it to them before calling on clients and harrassing them.

I am absolutely disgusted in this company and I will sue this company, you have for months harrased my mother and brother with calls to do with my father's account and they have sent numerous emails with proof and certificates that he has passed away and we even received an email stating that the matter was sorted but this company continues to harrass my family after giving substantial proof. You have constantly reminded my family that my father is gone. Heartless people and rude.

VVM is harassing me for a Vodacom debt that does not exist! I have forwarded statements from Vodacom proving the I do not owe anything! No response! I sm attempting to extract the document from Vodacom the shows the existence of this debt.
