I honestly don't know why this company still exists. Worst service ever. No replies, no one answers phones, and when they do you get put on hold forever only to be cut off. Always wait weeks for delivery. Now my latest is 3 weeks waiting with no response whatsoever. Shocking service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

Zero stars would be more accurate. Said no one was home, when I specifically waited all day for them to deliver. Then only got their act together after I phone them and chase after them.

Poor service, liars and cannot deliver on a scheduled time. I’ve been waiting for two weeks and keep on lying about the delivery date. Again i cannot track my parcel because the waybill says i have received my parcel in September 2021, when I’ve only ordered on the 21 of December 2022.

Very bad service. My client waiting for her parcel at home , have her phone with her all the time, courier service just claim there is no one at home, client not available......how is that possible. They refuse to give the drivers Tel nr that we can find out where they are, or just to explain where to go, call centre just keeps on telling me the parcel is scheduled for delivery. How on earth do we sort out a delivery if dawnwing does not walk the extra mile......wish Organo Gold could use another courier service

Absolutely pathetic service! Never stick to their scheduled delivery times, allege that nobody was available at delivery address to receive delivery - yet, on BOTH occasions, someone was home all day, specifically waiting for them! They don't respond on Facebook, never reply to messages or emails, and they never answer their phone. Stay far away from this courier service"."
