Looking at the reviews, I expected a lot from Louie Daniele. We went to the shop to enquire about a custom design. The lady was very nice, took all of our details and told us she would send us a quote within the same week. A month later and we still haven’t received a quote for our design, nor the diamonds we asked for. I feel like my request was not taken up seriously at all and I would not recommend Louie Daniele to anyone. One would expect better service based on the quality of work they advertise.

I sourced a diamond through this business, and they found the perfect match accoring to spec. They then also 3D printed a custom ring design to see what it would look like. In the end everything worked out perfect. No issues, delays or anything. Just a perfect ring delivered.
