This review is not about the lovely people that's responsible for the grooming of our fur-babies (they are amazing), this poor review is for the owner. I received extremely poor and unprofessional customer service today, not the first time, and she was quite rude to be honest. Our Schnauzies were groomed by Maestro Grooming for more than a year now, but unfortunately today will be our last. Fortunately there are a lot of mobile grooming services that can help us in PTA.Such a bummer... Our doggies loved the groomers.
