This must be the place in Polokwane with the most rude staff I have ever experienced.The gentleman at the pharmacy was dismissive and plain rude. The cashier didn't even respond to my greeting and proceeded to throw my groceries toward the packing area. I asked her politely to not do that. She rang two bags and didn't tell me and let me walk away with only one. I am so disappointed....they didn't wear name tags so.....Don't even think this review matters as Checkers have a monopoly and won't care about one person....anyway.

There was a woman by the kiosk today around 16:50,she didn't greet back,was giving me attitude and wouldn't help pack my stuff in the grocery bag. I don't understand why she was rude maybe she was jealous or something but the service was very poor.

Service from the staff and the securities is amazing ,wonderful and helpful. Stock is always available, especially those I need , I am not sure from other customers. I like it. I admire it.

Overall a good store with good stock as one would expect of any Checkers. In conclusion an average expeeience. Downside is the plaza is very busy most of the time and therefore long waiting queues

The store is nicely placed but the service is not up to standard because the queues are long and takes long to be served because the tellers are more socializing than working. It's an inconvenience for customers because the parking infront is very little and at the back it's a pay parking which which customers dislike. They want to buy but there's no parking for them.

It is a great place but I had the unfortunate experience of having to go to Ackermans there which is said to open at 8h00am and did not. We see staff members inside there standing and talking or is it having a meeting? Why did they not have that meeting prior to the opening time as placed on the door? That is disrespectful to the customers.
