Bruv where did you buy your Cilent data base from (cold call) we get Atleast ten calls a week. We don't know who are are nor did we request your services, kindly remove us from your list case your staff a different person calls each time, which tells me they are given or download the list with targets set, then we ask to be removed they agree but I suspect it's on their original list. Now I understand they tryna chase targets to make a living but at what point does this become arressement?AGAIN PLEASE REMOVE ME AND MY FIRM FROM YOUR LIST BRO

Worst company ever. After the sale and contract is signed you are basically messed up. They promise to help with transfer from google or other service providers but after signing expect you to do all the work. Then you are swamped with numerous small invoices which are an admin nightmare. You try to cancel you are in for a big shock. No website or domain name yet they want full payment per contract and threaten to biacklist you and your company. They target small companies that are at their mercy after signing. No follow up why you are complaining and the sales person is out of the picture completely after signing. If there was a negative point I would give hundred times over. Don’t be fooled you do all the work including being expected to load pictures all they provide is a website layout

Exceptionally persuasive in the beginning to get you to sign a contract. Down the line… runs unauthorised debit orders, doesn’t cancel a lapsed contract when requested, just keeps debiting your account. When requesting a refund, no one is available to attend to your query, instead directs your call to support. Holds your domain hostage when trying to transfer to another service provider.Accounts department cannot do a simple reconciliation of your accountThis is one of the worst providers we have been introduced to.

STOP CALLING OUR COMPANY! Every second week I get the same lame 'marketing' schpeel from your telemarketing people. I've talked to your managers. And I'm clearly talking to myself. I don't care if you find me on Google. Google at least has the decency to have a do not contact list" - STOP CALLING OUR COMPANY."

Frankly basically harasses you until you sign up. Today was the 4th time we had advise not interested and to remove our number from there database....I would also kindly as the cold calling agents to know more about the service they offer. ... Don't try and set up an appointment if you don't know the service you actually provide.... Just my 2cents....DO NOT CALL DEWALD'S TOOLBOX!!!!!!We are not interested!!!!!!

Sales very good, design and website very good. The marketing not so much. Once you have a signed contract, no further efforts are made. I have been trying to cancel since October 2021 (this is after my contract has lapsed). Finally I am promised that my marketing campaign has been canceled, yet debit orders still run.Not an ethical company, be vigilant when using them.
