Terrible communication. Spent over a week dealing with a sales executive regarding a specific car. A viewing and test drive had been arranged only to be told after many follow ups with the dealership that the vehicle had been sold. Waste of my time and definitely will not purchase a vehicle through them. Do not recommend.

I don't normally write reviews, however, Halfway Toyota Ottery is an exception.1. Sells a vehicle that was already approved by the bank for us.2. Goes back on their word about financial agreements that was previously spoken about.3. Have to constantly call to follow up on documents.They are all too happy to talk deals when a car stands at their dealership for a while, but will sell that car that you were approved for to someone else.PS. Still waiting on that OTP document that was being sent to me

My experience with Toyota Ottery has been appalling. During the purchase process I was belittled by their finance department as a young woman trying to purchase her own car and made to feel incompetent. The service has been exceptionally slow including only receiving the vehicle a whole week after purchase, despite many promises of receiving it earlier. It is now two months since purchase date and I have yet to receive the license disc, registration papers and plates. This has been the worst car purchase experience with terrible service.

Having taken my car in for a 120kilometre service today thoroughly impressed with the service that I received. From the constant communication checking up on me and my vehicle to once I dropped it off first thing in the morning being offered the option to have someone drive me home that I truly appreciated. Collecting my vehicle this afternoon I was given a breakdown of all minor issues and given a timeline as to how long till I would really need the issue to be resolved. From the gentleman who dropped me at home to the lady who booked my car in and the service advisor Marwaan I had a thoroughly pleasant experience. Keep up the great work.

Had my car serviced. Met Marwaan. Excellent customer care. I was kept informed of what's happening. Got a lift home and was picked up to collect my very clean car. Even the engine was wiped down.
