Had a nightmare experience with them, through Megadoors. Wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. They have been to our house three times after we complained about the manufacturing of the door and now, months later our beautiful new door still doesn't close properly. EmbarrassingTO FOLLOW UP ON YOUR RESPONSE AS I CANNOT REPLY: It might have been signed off by you, but I made it VERY clear I was not happy with the outcome or the quality of workmanship.
