Just had a terrible experience with them. I was meeting with a friend and the waitress was VERY rude. Asked for the manager and she was even worse! They use to be great but this was awful.

An Absolutely disappointing visit. The tables were dirty No waiters seen to take my order for 20 minutes. Very few staff.. Not what I know a wimpy should be.

Your normal Wimpy outlet with plenty of parking. The store is very neat and service is excellent. Indoor and outdoor seating. Wheelchair accessible.

We received warm welcome and friendly service. Our meal was ready just in time served warm and tasty as always.

They literally don't have teapot lids...Placing a saucer on top of the tea pot is not a sufficient solution to this issue for two reasons:1: You now need to hold the saucer on top of the pot, the saucer is boiling hot.2: If you do not hold the saucer it will fall off into your tea cup and possibly splash hot water out of the cup.When I asked to contact the owner I was told the owner does not like to be contacted but you can leave your number" this is not an acceptable solution."

Waited forever for someone to seat us, the place wasnt even busy, we eventually sat ourselves it took forever for someone to take our order, we got our food and it was cold and terrible. Alot of staff just standing around talking, there was one waitress who was waiting on tables out of all the staff here today. Extremely disappointed...11/11/2019

This WIMPY food outlet in the Pavillion shopping centre is very good, however, I so think that they could improve the issue of how long it takes to prepare food for customers but besides that their food and mostly burgers are very delicious, you can go here if you are meeting a friend for lunch or when you need a quick meal for the road.

Normal Wimpy. Bad attitude to non customers sitting at outside tables.Knuckles rapping on windows. Hey wena!!!I will not go back, on principle. Even though I was not affectedThw woman concerned chased away a mother and her three small children .I am not sure, but there may have been racial undertones.She said she was instructed tyi do so by management.Oh. The food was good. Other staff were ok.
