Terrible service, I have called 4 times requesting the quotation to be sent through. Measurements were taken but that's were the process stopped.I tried supporting local and it hasn't worked out this time sadly.Your opposition arrived on time and sent the quote through within 1 hour of taking measurements.I would not recommend this company based on the terrible service I have recieved.

As a local resident i try to support local business where I can. I have over the years twice asked for a quote (6m folding stacking door, and 3 large fixed aluminium windows) and never got a response. Most recently i tried to get some custom cut glass, I needed some advice but the guy couldn't give any, then when they didn't have stock, the assistant had to ask the owner (who wasn't present) about ordering a sheet of glass, but he showed no initiative to do so, or take my details to get back to me. So I walked out with no resolution. Sorry guys, i tried, but you need to do better.

Absolutely disgusted with today's behavior. Ian, if that's the owner, has no mannerisms and I am appalled by what I witnessed today. I feel sorry for his staff! What a shame!

I spoke to the owner who gave me a quote on repairing a lock on an aluminium door at my home. he advised that he would check with his workshop as to what time they could arrive and contact me with the relevant information but never did. When I tried to call him back to find out what was going on he just ignored my calls and my messages. This company obviously does not need the business and does not have a clue about customer service

They obviously don't need new customers. Tried multiple times to ask for quotes. All methods of contact ignored. Don't waste your time. Move on.
