This place is a disgrace, I broke my screen and they replaced it for me for R1 400 which was actually very high for a small laptop like mine. Before I took it there my friend advices me to take a picture of the back where the battery is placed, I did. I went back on the 1st of September and completely forgot I had to check if everything of mine was still there, I was too excited to have my laptop back. I was told they usually steal Some things at the back of the computer, I was trying to get some work done and my laptop was super slow which was super weird for me. When I open the back one of the ram cards are missing and my ram was 16Gb before taking it there now it’s 8Gb and I’m definitely going to get it back I have evidence. If they dare say they didn’t do it I’m calling the manager of pinecrest and if they don’t do anything the police will be involved. Sies man this place is disgusting.
