I’ve called them so many times no answer and cannot even sell a part to me several times I have to beg to get invoices and beg to ask if they even have the part, even then still no response bad service! I don’t recommend buying parts unless you have to beg for them!

Called them to enquire about a part. They had the part available. Specifically asked about the guarantee. I was told they would refund me if the part wasn't working. Part was sent to me and wasn't working. They told me to return the part. Never received any refund. After they received the part back they said they dont refund or exchange. Dont ever get scammed by them. Rather look for a alternative when looking for a part.Lost R 2500 and they refuse to refund me back my money. Was assisted by Ismail.

Unfair and dishonest terms of sale and not considering consumer protection act and rights, by denying customers refunds and treating them disrespectful . I brought a parts wrongly supplied , when returning a part for exchange they did not have correct product in stock and refused to refund me and forced me to take something else i was not in need of.
