O what a gem I found in Margate! While we stayed in Margate I regularly visited Lilly’s Bread Bin to top up on the freshly baked goods. The breads, rolls, pies and pastries are freshly baked every day.I had the Milk Tart donut and it is delicious. The buttermilk rusks were freshly baked as it came the morning out of the drying oven and it is the best I have ever tasted.The sausage roll have a crisp pastry and the meat is tasty and high quality. They also serve a variety of samosas and it is also very tasty.I think all the items are very reasonably priced.Skip all the store bought breads and cookies and visit Lilly’s bread bin the next time you are in Margate.

Delicious Calamari and Beef Burgers and the Milk Tart Filled Donuts are Amazing going back to try the Mutton Bunnies.Staff are friendly and also a pet friendly eatery.Service Excellent

One of our favorite places to visit when visiting the South Coast. The milktart doughnuts are divine. Mutton bunny was delicious as always. Hubby had a beef bunny and it was a bit dry but still good and tasty. Well worth a visit.

The doughnuts were amazing! Totally worth the visit. Pity that the Margate area is looking rather run down and not very inviting.

Food looked great, but my kids didnt finish it. 30mins later my daughter complained about a sore stomach and was vomiting all night. An hour after eating the lamb bunny chow my hubby and I were also vomiting and upset stomach.I wont recommend the bunny chows.

Such a lovely surprise! The staff are full of smiles at this lovely family run business. The fresh bread and pastry is amazing and let's not forget the bunny chow! Wow... yummy... delicious! Pull in for friendly smiles and great food or just for some lovely fresh rolls/bread for lunch. Ps try the milk tart donut
