Commercial Auto Glass N1 City

I would definitely not recommend this company. First off they installed a scratched windscreen, then they managed to dent and scratch the aluminium piece surrounding the windscreen. They also broke the clip which fixes the sun visor in place along with not refitting many panels the way they should be. See attached photos. Poor attention to detail in general. The technicians were also dishonest in that they failed to allow me to sign for pre checks as well as signing after the job is completed.I'm now sitting with a vehicle in worse condition than before this company worked on it. There are dents on the aluminium piece surrounding the windshield plus a rear view mirror with electronics that are not working anymore.Response from owner, sorry about the inconvenience. By inconvenience, do you mean damage?! Pathetic level of accountability.

I just want to thank you for your SUPER FAST service!!! I'm not sure how a customer can complain to a day late...I waited 3 months for a window from PG glass, Autoboys and others.. No one could help me.. Or actually didn't really try! That's long!!!!!I phoned Commercial Auto glass yesterday .. They helped me immediately, sourcing the window within minutes where others said I have to wait at least 6 more months!! The window got changed within 30min and they also charge me almost half the price the others quoted me on.Thank you so much for your help and being willing to go the extra mile!! I really appreciate it!!

I replaced my windscreen, all sorted no problems. Excellent service received from Lorna and Elton who went beyond to touch up roof lining that had come loose.

Had the rear window of my Toyota smashed during a burglary. Went here on a Saturday, everyone else was almost closed. Competitor told me it would take 2 weeks. I was in and out in an hour at Commercial Auto. The repair was cheaper than my other quote and the service was great. Very happy.
