I was impressed with the service received. I arrived at 07:15, was inside the building by 08:50, and left at 09:30 (passport and smart ID applications done). The building interior was clean, and the employees were efficient.Two areas for potential improvement: i) The first clients entered the building at 08:30, which seemed rather late. ii) The passports / smart IDs section was manned by two employees, but they sometimes had nothing to do. It seemed as if the photographs section was somewhat of a bottleneck, and perhaps more resources here would further improve the flow.*A further update: I visited them Tuesday morning, and by Monday of the following week my passport was ready for collection. Can't really ask for more than that.

Good dayVisited the office on the 30Dec with my two toddlers as my helper was on leave, staff & security guard were very understanding & helpful as my kids did not want to seat steal. The system used at this office is very efficient as I was done in 1hr15 min & it was busy. many DHA offices can learn a lot from standerton DHAThe guy who was capturing & taking photos his level of professionalism & competency is on point. Keep up the good work

I applied for the smart ID card and the Passport on the 3rd of January 2019. I was impressed by the service of staff members at the service point. The staff was friendly and their service was effective and efficient. Their sevice is really people centered".They assisted me within 40 minutes

Standerton home affairs is lacking,the system is always offline.We have important matters to attend to and some of the matters requires documentation from home affairs such as ID(smart card),birth certificate and death certificate.please try to figure something out with your system

Friendly staff... helpful....when they do work one arrive at 07:00 the doors suppose to open at 07:30 some of the staff only arrive at 07:45 and 07:52 and 07:56.... they open the doors at 08:30....

They are very friendly, helpful and so quick to assist you through the prosses

No long queues, just quick and service was good. Need to upgrade their swiping machine though, you cant swipe twice with 1 card

Visited twice in the last three months. They are quick and efficient. Definitely worth the hour's drive.
