The store is near Wits university and Rosebank College which makes it convenient for students to get groceries. The prices are fairly cheap with the quality products.

Food is good and service is good but yhooo! your queue is to too long around 12-1pm, it's understandable though because it's lunch-time for alot of people in braamfontain. As students hub braamfontain as it is, on its own njee with alot of government departments it really does make sense why your shop is so full and longed queues. But something need to be done to ease the movement around the store. Many people might develop some silly ideas and get away with it, even if you have security.

It is a very small store but it has some of your very basic needs. It closes at 7pm which is great as it allows you to grab something after your school day is over. It is better to have cash because very often the often are offline. The staff themselves are Okay, no two people are alike and you might be met by someone who really will not care to greet you back. Maybe they are exhausted, who knows. But customer service is very important.

I recently visited Pick n Pay Family Braamfontein and I liked how quickly I got served. I had forgotten my Pick n Pay smart shopper card but the cashier was so generous to ask the next person to borrow me theirs. She tapped it and the price of food went slightly down. I was happy to save those few rands.

The cashiers and Frontline managers are so rude. I really believe that a little customer training will do all workers justice for the sake of customers.
