Very Friendly and courteous. Excellent service with smiles and warmth. Their facility is convenient, clean restroom, car wash, thy sell their own hair products and thy have a small snack bar. Thy r good with kidz

I received poor service…actually poor is better.It was horribly beside the lady filling my toes till they hurt and I could see shoe couldn’t remove gel.She applied nail polish and I swear I could have done a better job …She was not bothered,was eager to live and the prices were not on the door they charged me R330 which was dodgy because toes have never been that price.They didn’t even allow me to finish…. I don’t think I will ever go back or recommend my enemy even

They use Mizani products through and through. I have a sensitive scalp so Mandisa uses Mizani for sensitive scalps in my hair to relax me and it gives me awesome results. They also sell some of the Mizani hair products but they might be slightly cheaper in other places, so just look around if you're able to.

I have received absolutely poor service. I was not attended to and on top that my hair was washed and nobody dried my hair. The weather was cold.after waiting 4 hours the ladies in the salon spoke about me as if I wasn't there and as if I was somehow a burden for being there and expecting my hair to be done. I do not wish the treatment I received on anybody.

I have been to the Burger Str branch twice. On both occasions the hair dryer was not adjustable and so I had to sit in a weird position. On the last visit, sitting in that awkward position resulted in severe back muscle spasms that had me rushed to the emergency room for treatment. The response I got from the owner when I reported this was disappointing.

This one star is a kindness. Horrible experience. Even worse attitude from the staff. I even forgot to to take down their bosses' number the way I couldn't wait to get out. From poor communication, gossiping and laughing about other clients, entitlement to a tip even though service was awful. I couldn't sleep my cornrows were so tight. What's more, their manager(my attendant) did not even seem to care. A bully of note. Never again

I wasn't attended to by anyone. I waited for over 30 minutes because there was only one stylist doing a client before me and my mom. She only did my mom's hair because I'm a child and who the hell am I? Moreover, the stylist with a stinky attitude was busy telling me she can't do knotless braids because my natural hair is too short even if heat is used to stretch it out! She said she'd call the other branch and never did. She continued doing the client's hair. Never going back there again!!!

I like to walk into a hairdressing salon where the hairdresser is confident about what she is doing. Not still have to go home and fix what she started.
