I've stayed there for 5 months, Rodger(caretaker), didn't pitch to make a final review when leaving the place, 2 months later we got the invoice stating that we owing and place needs to be painted. I don't recommend this place to anyone. If you looking for a place to stay, try somewhere better, not Vanguard. The place is right at Heideveld but the prices are the same as Sandton, Constantia etc

Security is strict and will scan your driver's license and disc when entering and exiting the facility. Once you enter the complex you'll feel safe and realise that its quiet and secure.

It is a very safe place where u can even forgot to lock your doors and windows. And the security is fri3ndly and what is nice about them is that they know their residents and they are clued up with what is happening inside.
