---I had to give 1 star otherwise I was unable to post but I feel Apex deserves no stars as its that bad....just a waste of my hard earned money as I could not get any RMI affiliated dealer to repair my car. The workshop could get no feedback and I did not have a car for 3 months. We spent R4000 per month on Bolts and Uber and over R4000 to people that could not fix her and do not do insurance quotes even tho' they are RMI affilated. I have to sell her at a fraction of her worth and had to get another car. I have written an email with the whole story to Customercare and also to cancel. I just feel taken in...

Hi Apex team,I'm quite shocked that you were able to respond to my rating in such a swift manner. I was a client of Apex, and when the time came for me to claim Apex fell short. They lacked urgency on returning my calls or even worse picking up their calls.The people that did answer the phone were less interested in helping and sounded as if I was irritating them. The only person that had any form of customer service was your retention person when I had decided I am going to cancel this insurance. She was willing and able to explain what exactly was covered and what was not covered in a courteous manner. If only she was the one handling the claim I probably would still have that cover or even added more cover for my vehicle.

I have emailed you guys over 3 times requesting for an explanation as to what the incorrect package was implemented, before my debit order was deducted. Still no response. Yet, when it was time to contact me to initiate this package, the turnaround to get in touch was less than a few hours. I am waiting almost 3 weeks for a response to my emails.

Terrible Experience with Apex Motor Warranty - Avoid All Costs!I have been a client of Apex Motor Warranty for two years, and I must say that my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite faithfully paying my premiums and fulfilling all their requirements, Apex Motor Warranty failed to honor my claim and provide the assistance I deserved.Recently, I encountered an issue with my car's engine, and a reputable repairer confirmed that it was a fault covered by my policy. However, to my disbelief, Apex Motor Warranty classified the necessary engine rebuild as general maintenance" and refused to cover the cost. This blatant disregard for their obligations left me frustrated and disappointed.Not only did Apex Motor Warranty fail to respond in a timely manner

After a year of monthly installments I had to use them due to my car that has broken down firstly the roadside assistance didn't work secondly it took us 2weeks to get an response for our claim and then when they got back to us they didn't even cover 10% bad service bad everything..

My daughter had a breakdown using my car in Johannesburg. Contacting them, was hazzle free. I got assistance with towing the car home. Within a very short space of time the car was deliverd to Pretoria. I apreciate the lady who dealt with the call and all the arrangements with the Mytowsa.Keep up the good work

I took a policy out with these guys in July person I spoke to ensured that in the event of a claim the whole amount would be covered by them. Since then the underwriter has changed. Now I am told that I would only receive a portion back. What they want to only pay for is ridiculous considering how expensive vehicle parts are. I wouldn't give any stars at all if I could.

Your sales agent gave the impression that the warranty includes services and wear and tear repairs. On top of that I requested that my policy documentation be emailed to me. I never received any and within a few days I sent an email to request a cancellation of the policy because it felt like I was being taken for a ride. Someone tried calling me and I asked them to rather send me an email because I don’t have time to talk during the day. I didn’t get a response to my email and now my account was debited.

I took a policy with Apex and when it was time for them to come to the party I put a claim on and they only approved R7000-00 out of the R41k the dealer charged me I then went and raised the money, the dealer fixed my car and submitted the invoices as directed by talksure and they said their policy states that they can only pay within 7 to 10 days.... OK I accepted that and because I needed my car I went and borrowed the 7k I order to release my car and I spoke to a consultant at apex who promised me that the money will be paid into my account I needed to submit the invoice together with bank details, I did that then I was promised I will receive the payment on the 30th of June however until today the 8th of July I still haven't received the payment and I ve been sending emails to follow up but the company is no longer answering my cries whereas they are debiting their premium at the end of the month from my account...... I don't know what else to do...... I thought taking this policy was gonna be a relief when times like this strike but it has turned out to be a nightmare.... APEX TALKSURE...... I'm very much disappointed
