Very very bad service! They answer and put the call down as you’re trying to explain the issue!!! Horrible customer care!!!!!!!

Who is your marketing genius that decided packaging in skinny tall tins was a great idea?Do you realise that every vehicle in existence has cup holders designed for tons or bottles of a certain diameter - designed that way because THAT WAS THE STANDARD ?So, your tall and skinny tons top over as soon as you take a corner.So the contents spill all over the car.So I pay for a beverage I do not get to consume.So I incur additional costs to have car cleaned.So I don't purchase your beverages again.So you do not increase turnover, or revenue, I will begin a campaign against it.Common sense and simple logic is dead, and you are proof of it, and part of the problem rather than part of the solution.

Just the break I needed

Horrible customer service!! Telephones keep on ringing, and if you get transferred, no one answer. I tried calling Head office, and Cape Town branch, and same results!!

Not very happy with your service. No one gets back to me, no one answers your telephones. Just ridiculous...
