Rushed our little puppy George which we had recently adopted. He had fallen of the bed and broken his leg.We had driven from Lamberts Bay to Clanwilliam to the vet shop where were advised to immediately take him to Vredendal.We were seen to as soon as we arrived.He was immediately taken in for x-rays and immediately onto the operating table where they inserted a pin to repair the leg.They kept him for four days to monitor him and administer pain medication.

Made an appointment. People coming in after me was helped. Dr didn't even weighed my animal...guessed its weight. The receptionist sarcastically asked if I'm sure my appointment is at them. Never will make use of their practice again

Exceptionally rude staff who took issue to me bringing a dog into an animal hospital to get medicine. They also mark up their meds/products obscenely, rather order online than support this unempathic and not animal oriented team.
