I was away for a week and whilst I was away I had loadshedding which tripped the DV board and the power was off for a week. Which damaged the battery on my 1 1/2 year old inverter. Discovery sent an ek technician to check the battery and he only came with equipment to check if power is being received and going out but then reports ITS DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR ON A 1 1/2 year only battery!?!?I got the suppliers technician to give a report and confirms the battery was damaged due to the loadshedding. I would not recommend this company

Poor service delivery.Takes a week to get a damage report.Another week to repair.Almost delivers to the wrong addressAnd delivers with parts missing!
