They dnt give updates about what they do to your car,and they have empty promises they promised me ten working day went there only to find nothing has been done ,they keep on saying they’re waiting for parts

What a pleasure dealing with the staff of your concern. I was a little confused initially, as there is more than one branch where repairs are done, but I was set on the right path and directed to the other yard where the specific vehicle I had to collect was being held.On arrival at the yard to arrange collection, I was welcomed and directed to the office where I met and was helped by Lorraine. What a pleasant experience. You are the peak of efficiency and clearly have a passion for what you do and for customer service. I believe that true peoples persons are not made, but born. You definately fall within this catagory and I appreciate all the assistance you have given me to date. I know that you go far out of your way to please your clients and can testify and appreciate that you always assist where you can, more specifically with regards to arrangements not fitting the normal day to day operations. Your assistance and speedy arrangements and taking control the other day when I had no idea how I was going to get the specific vehicle onto my trailer, you arranged for help from the forklift driver who gladly and friendly obliged and the matter was resolved in no time. You are most certainly an asset to your company and I would gladly deal with and recommend you in the future. Also advising me that if the correct arrangements are made, it would now be possible for me to collect a vehicle at any time... 24/7/365. Being in the towing industry and time always being an issue for collection, this could not have been more pleasing news to my ears. Thank you yet again and again. Youare a star.

Love the people very friendly

Payed almost R5000 for wheel alignment and was not in. When trying to speak to owner he does not want to talk to me. Makes appointment 2 times and on arrival told me the machine was broken. Lost 2 tires due to poor quality and had to take truck to someone els. Payed R920 and it was fixed.They lost me as a customer and will not recommend them to anyone els.

Been waiting 2 months for our work bakkie.. minor repairs.. been waiting 2 months for a NP200 bumper

Two stars for doing they're job problem is customer service! You're made to feel as if you're bothering them. Maybe its me who i dont know, but i wasnt impressed!
