(MERIT EXPRESS MADE NO PAYMENT TO JSJ LOGISTICS)DATE ENGAGED - 03.03.2022Ashley Govender DIRECTOR for MERIT EXPRESS due to funds not been paid Upon agreement JSJ LOGISTICS  have decided to cut all business relations with MERIT EXPRESS with immediate effect and all funds Owing to JSJ LOGISTICS must be paid by the August 31st 2022...AMOUNTS OWING...MAY - R27050.00JUNE - R29650.00JULY - R25750.00AUGUST - R14750.00SCANNER CHARGERS JSJ PURCHASED FOR MERIT - R600.DIESEL ASSISTANCE FROM JSJ - R1200DIESEL SOLD TO MERIT EXPRESS  (188LTR) - R4000 AGREEMENT PRICE.MERIT EXPRESS DEDUCTION R12000.00 FOR WORK RENDERED TO JSJ LOGISTICS.TOTAL AMOUNT OVER DUE - R91000.00JSJ LOGISTICS has been rendering a LOGISTIC service to MERIT EXPRESS Who are contracted to FREDDY HIRSCHSERVICES RENDERED -*DRIVERS.*ASSISTANTS.*VEHICLES 1.3TON.*ADMINISTRATION.*PARKING.*HIRED VEHICLES.*VEHICLE INSPECTIONS.*VEHICLE MAINTENANCE.*HUMAN RESOURCE.*ASSISTANCE WITH CCMA CASE.Reason for termination of business relations MERIT EXPRESS has failed to pay funds Owing upon agreement .We would like to add the reason for us allowing this cost to get so high and not stopping the service when merit express failed to make payment....Jsj told Ashley that the costs to maintain and run the vehicles are high and due to non payment we would have to stop all work until funds due is paid .Ashley insisted that jsj continue the work and said if jsj stops the work merit express would have to use new contractors and that would mean jsj gets pushed right to the back of the line in terms of payment and that payment could take a very long time to come because of the new contractors needing payment..So jsj felt threatened by this and continued to run operations.even though jsj vehicles have broken down while runing for merit express the cost of the repairs and maintenance including services was coverd by jsj to put the vehicles back on the road to service merit express..[Our runing costs include and not limited to]- vehicle finance- business insurance and g.i.t- tracker- servicing and maintenance- breakdowns- tyresAlso there been numerous deals made with jsj to keep runing and dates given from merit express which they failed to make payment and while jsj held up there end of the deal with continued excellent service merit express did not hold up there end.After the amount owing to jsj has passed the R100k mark and jsj told Ashley that our services would have to stop with immediate effect Ashley then agreed and said its fine stop services.Because the drivers and assistants was on merit express payroll .We encouraged them to continue working directly for merit express.The next day merit express took on a  new contractors in our place to get the work done and used other contractors to date.Merit express as paid those contractors in full but still owe us full amount.
